Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) is a common issue that many pregnant women face, often leading to discomfort and disrupted sleep. The condition is characterized by an uncontrollable urge to move the legs, usually due to unpleasant sensations. RLS during pregnancy often manifests as tingling, crawling, or aching sensations in the legs, typically worse in the evening or at night.
