Chewy Molasses Spiced Cookies

Ingredients
¼ cup melted coconut oil (cooled down to room temp)
¼ cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
1 egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, add melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, molasses, egg, and vanilla extract.
Add all remaining ingredients. Mix to form a dough.
Divide the mixture into even balls. Roll each ball in your hand and then place on a baking sheet. Gently flatten.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool and then enjoy.
